As a free service to artists I have set up this website to sell art. I want artists to have the ability to have their work exposed to the world, with very little effort on their behalf, with a reasonable commission (20%) so they can make more money on the sale of their art.
This website is for Artists, Art Lovers and Art Investors please have a look around, I welcome all feedback.
The Artist / Seller.
You can email me the images and information eg: sizes, price, description, medium etc and I will list it FREE OF CHARGE, if a piece of your art sells I will collect the payment and keep a commission of 20% out of the sale price you supplied. You will need to send the art direct to the buyer so include freight/handling into the price you give me or you can arrange the freight upon sale - You MUST specify if the cost of freight is NOT INCLUDED. I can note your shipping and handling terms when I list the item for sale. All items are to be inclusive of GST for buyers within Australia.
If a piece you have listed is sold elsewhere please advise me ASAP so it can be removed from the justart.com.au on-line gallery.
I will be taking payment by paypal and will deposit any funds from the sale of your art into your designated bank account upon safe receipt of the art by the buyer.
All details of freight etc will be dealt with direct between the seller (YOU) and the buyer.

It does not have to be your art, it can be a piece you wish to sell, t-shirts, prints, jewellery, original paintings whatever you wish.
justart.com.au have to right to choose the artists and works represented on this site.
The Buyer
As you can read above there is always the possibility that an art piece has been sold in a gallery just prior to you wanting to purchase it, if this is the case you will be notified and receive a full refund. Alternatively your purchased piece may be exhibiting at the time and a delay in shipment could occur. You will be notified if this happens.
The Artist / Seller will deal direct with you to arrange the best method for delivery. In most cases the Postage and Handling will be included in the purchase price, however for more valuable pieces some special freight conditions and extra costs could be incurred.
The Selection Process.
To avoid over population of justart.com.au I have set up a small panel of people who assist in the selection of exhibited work. It is not a reflection of the quality or type of work submitted but a way to edit the quantity of works shown.
Collection of Personal Information
When you e-mail us:

* we will only use your e-mail address for the purpose for which you provided it
* we will add your e-mail address to our mailing list for updates only if requested
* it will not be added to any other mailing list
